Our mission at Clubhouse Academy is to provide an innovative learning environment that fosters student involvement, creativity, and leadership through personalized instruction that caters to each student's individual learning style in a Christian atmosphere. We strive to empower students to take ownership of their education and encourage them to be active participants in their learning process.
Our approach to education is grounded in the belief that every student has unique talents and strengths, and we aim to nurture those abilities by providing a dynamic and inclusive environment that fosters growth and exploration. We recognize the importance of creativity in learning and strive to integrate art, music, and other creative outlets into our curriculum.
At Clubhouse Academy, we believe that leadership is a skill that can be developed and nurtured in every student. We encourage students to take on leadership roles within the school community and provide opportunities for them to hone their skills.

Tuition & Fees
New Student Registration & Insurance Fee:
$50.00 New Student Registration Fee
Our Registration and Insurance Fee is a nonrefundable fee that includes new student enrollment,
curriculum development, and facility / equipment upgrades.
Technology Fee
$100.00 Technology Fee
The technology fee is an annual fee used to fund specialized instructional supplies and services,
information technology, and other equipment and services that are important to maintaining the academic experience for our students but are not covered by appropriated funds.
Tuition Payment Policies:
Tuition: $550/month per student or $5500 per year.
Tuition is due on a monthly basis on the first of each month, beginning September 1st with the last charge on June 1st.
Due to staff commitments and general expenses, a reduction in tuition and fees will not be made due to a child's absenteeism, vacation, or inclement weather days.
Regular operating hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 2:30 pm.
NC Opportunity Scholarship applications for the upcoming 2024 - 2025 school year will open February 1, 2024 and must be
submitted prior to February 29th.
